Position Overview

Experience an exciting, fast-paced career curating group football tours around the world's biggest sport. The worlds biggest matches in South America, Europe, the middle east and the US. . Ole Ole travel is searching for an adaptable self-starter who is highly organized and an effective communicator to join our collaborative team environment. Use your established event management skills in sports travel to help manage the design and logistics of various fan travel programs for the worlds biggest clubs to the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Must be experienced in logistics for groups of several thousands..Multi lingual crucial, Spanish and English a must.

Ideal experience and talent

  • Five plus years’ experience in sports event planning, with an emphasis on international destinations and developing tours highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage budgets, RFP processes and contract negotiation.
  • Strong Charter logistics skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (Spanish), with the ability to convey information in a manner can be easily understood by others; ability to write creative content is a plus. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively build relationships.
  • Adaptable self-starter, who is organized and able to effectively prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Aptitude and ability to learn and familiarize yourself with football travel process and terminology as well as with new and ever-changing technology.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with a CRM tools
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis to select international destinations.

  • Research and leverage quality vendor and destination leaders to ensure an exceptional travel experience for our clientele.
  • Team builder
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure contracts with profitable terms and service.
  • Collaborate on the creation and release of group tours along with actively participating in the development of product-marketing strategies, such as constructing descriptive content for tours.
  • Contribute to the sales and management of daily group tour operations and budget effectiveness.
  • Analyze post-trip data to identify and action opportunities for improvements in program efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure a high-level of customer service by promptly responding to and resolving customer complaints as well as anticipating issues and immediately identify solutions to avoid customer service issues.

 

Ole Ole is located in beautiful Santa Monica, however, this role requires some travel we are privately held and rapidly growing!
