ABOUT THE TEAM
As an integral part of Trendyol's core commerce team, the International Fashion team is designed to keep the company competitive with the best price, wide selection and good product knowledge. The team launches new brands and helps local and global sellers join the Trendyol platform, as well as supporting and contributing to improving the overall experience (i.e. delivery time, returns, etc.) for consumers in Europe.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimize transport operations in collaboration with Operations and Returns functions.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the transportation network.
- Signaling KPI deviations and follow up by informing stakeholders and, where possible taking corrective actions yourself.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize transportation efficiency and costs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, supply chain, and customer service teams to streamline processes and address transportation-related issues.
- Present findings and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders and drive continuous improvements in data quality, actionable insights, and process standardization.
- Cultivate strong relationships with third-party stakeholders, including carriers, vendors, and logistics partners.
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Operations or Supply Chain. Preferably within e-commerce or retail industry.
- Proficiency in data analytics and modeling tools using SQL a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in written and verbal English with cross-cultural understanding.
