Who You Are

As International Operations Manager you will work within the International operations team to build, analyze and oversee critical workflows and processes for customers and workers across 30 countries, identify opportunities to unlock bottlenecks and achieve operational efficiencies. You will work alongside the International Customer Success Organization and enable them to offer impeccable service to customers, and you will work as a key stakeholder to International Product & Engineering teams as we build for scale and automate key processes. 

Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

  • Design, document and launch processes, workflows, and automations that drive internal efficiencies, uplevel the effectiveness of our operations and customer success teams, and deliver greater value to our customers
  • Build country-specific SOPs to guide Operations teams to execute all worker processes accurately and in a standardized way
  • Oversee operations teams managing end-to-end lifecycle of all international workers along Justworks’ journey, from onboarding to contracts to overseeing successful execution of payroll, benefits and ongoing compliance
  • Work closely with the International Customer Success teams to proactively and regularly identify bottlenecks and challenges in customer servicing journey that require operational solutions
  • Interface with our prod-eng teams to surface operational and customer success requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement solutions that improve our operational efficiency 
  • Strategic ownership of our legacy and new internal tools and any CS Stack
  • Work with the operations team to build baseline metrics to track our efficiency and improve our efficiency overtime

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years operations experience or related experience
  • Fluency with Excel/Google sheets and any process-mapping or other similar tools
  • Overall understanding and experience with process mapping and workflow management
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders and business requirements to technical stakeholders
  • A self-starter who is continually learning and developing

 

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $109,000.00 - $119,900.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.  Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
