We are looking for an International Media Coordinator who will work within the International Coordination Team, which manages the media strategy, planning and buying coordination of a well-known brand across global markets.
The role is to act as coordinator and a key client contact, ensuring integration of the HQ-bought campaigns in foreign markets with the local market campaigns and strategies, overseeing the digital part of the brief from the client and overseeing the development of the recommendations at both local and HQ level
In particular, he/she will be involved in the following activities:
· Competitive data collection and analysis
· Information flow management with local media agencies and central creative agencies
· Standard documents to be shared with the client
The main task of the Coordination team is to guide all local media agencies' media activities according to the central objectives and strategies, acting as the central point of communication for this global client to deliver the best possible media strategies in each market.
ABOUT YOU
• Fluent written and spoken English and Italian
• At least 3 - 4 years' experience in Media Agency, preferably in International
• Understanding the market dynamics
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Solutions-focused, with an ability to advise local markets and team members
• Media planning and buying skills, preferably also international. Experience in digital planning will be considered a plus.
