Our Contract International & Marketing Project Manager is a cross-functional collaborator who ensures work is delivered on schedule and on budget. As a project manager at heart, you have strong organizational experience, are detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple projects. The ideal candidate has experience with project management tools (i.e. Monday, Asana, Jira, etc.) and working closely with subject matter experts to assess project requirements, audience needs, any localization efforts including translation, and timelines to help our team succeed. More specifically, you’ve supported international teams with launch and post-launch initiatives. 

This role will work closely with our Senior Marketing Program Manager and other stakeholders  across marketing including social, product marketing, brand, marketing operations, product, people operations, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Marketing Program Manager by coordinating marketing workflows specific for international needs, trafficking requests, and auditing all assets to ensure the brief is properly met
  • Manage international marketing requests and help drive efficiency across our growing team
  • Drive translation of marketing assets with external partners on an as needed basis
  • Effectively track and oversee a high volume of work and consistently provide a high quality of work output
  • Keep the Marketing team project management tools up-to-date on current and future programs for international support
  • Develop and champion project timelines, ensure established time frames are met and approvals are given and that the right teams are notified of project completion
  • Direct internal and external meetings as needed, take notes, and set agendas

Skills and Qualifications

  • 40 hour/full-time commitment per week; however may go over depending on needs
  • Contract position is through February 2025, and has the potential to extend
  • 3+ years of marketing project management experience, agency experience is a plus (account and/or project management roles) 
  • Experience working in a startup/high growth tech environment is preferred
  • Experience with Monday and Jira project management tools as well as Google Workplace is preferred
  • Background in directing projects that range from visionary development, advertising campaigns, presentation implementation, content creation, brand identity, marketing collateral creation, email and newsletter development
  • Vendor management experience and excellent communication with external partners; translation vendor experience a bonus
  • Highly collaborative with excellent communication experience and strong attention to detail
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic and a real zest for all aspects of project management
