As the International Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client’s national and international marketing strategy and executing high-impact campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and managing all aspects of national and international marketing, including social media strategies, community building, and online engagement. You will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across national and international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Live Seminar and Workshop Strategy: Design and execute marketing plans to boost ticket sales for our live seminars and live workshops. Leverage targeted advertising, event promoter partnerships, and content marketing to attract attendees.
  • Book Sales Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales of our sales training books. Utilize various channels including social media, email marketing, and partnerships with industry influencers.
  • Build and Manage Online Communities: Create an online niche and nurture online communities to foster engagement, advocacy, and loyalty among our global audience.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and generate leads across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of compelling content (blogs, articles, videos, etc.) that resonates with international audiences and supports marketing objectives.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as ROI, engagement rates, and conversion rates, to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Industry Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
  • 6-10+ years of national and international SMB marketing experience as an individual contributor within a sales coaching/training services industry or similar. 
  • Proven experience marketing books and live events both nationally and internationally. 
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Deep understanding of international markets and cultural nuances with experience in adapting marketing strategies for diverse regions and audiences.
  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Big bonus: relationships/contacts nationally and internationally for immediate gig opportunities. 
  • Bonus: International marketing experience focused on the Asia Pacific region. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
