International Marketing Campaign Manager, EMEA & APJ

Rubrik is looking for a rockstar campaign manager to help take our global campaigns into EMEA and APJ. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Partner with global campaign architects to regionalize and implement demand generation campaigns tailored for EMEA and APJ markets, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional Field Marketing teams and Field CTOs to identify market-specific needs and create impactful, localized campaign activations.
  • Digital Optimization: Collaborate with regional digital marketing teams to refine and enhance campaign promotions, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaign activations, providing actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Content Localization: Adapt global campaign content and offers to resonate with key audiences in EMEA and APJ markets.
  • Funnel Management: Own the end-to-end performance of campaigns, driving measurable impact on the demand funnel, from awareness to conversion.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly iterate on marketing activations, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize for better outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in demand generation, with a strong focus on integrated campaign management within an Enterprise B2B environment, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Demand Generation Expertise: Deep understanding of the demand generation mix, with a proven track record of driving lead and revenue growth through innovative campaigns.

Marketing Automation Expertise:

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot, including setting up and optimizing workflows, lead scoring, and email marketing campaigns.

CRM Integration and Management:

  • Strong experience in integrating and managing CRM systems like Salesforce, including building custom reports, dashboards, and leveraging CRM data for targeted campaign strategies.

Data Visualization & Reporting:

  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio to create compelling, easy-to-understand reports that communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.

A/B Testing and Experimentation:

  • Ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experimentation methods to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Content Management Systems (CMS):

  • Experience with CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, including content updates, SEO optimization, and ensuring content aligns with campaign objectives.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Expertise in ABM strategies and tools (e.g., Demandbase, Engagio) to tailor campaigns to specific accounts or target markets, particularly in complex B2B environments.

Budget Management:

  • Strong ability to manage and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring the best ROI while meeting strategic goals. Familiarity with financial tools or platforms that track budget allocation and spend is a plus.

Global Compliance & GDPR:

  • Knowledge of global marketing compliance, including GDPR and other data privacy regulations, ensuring campaigns are legally compliant across all regions.
