Job Description for internship (6 months) or apprenticeship (1 year or 2 years) ; start : end of August or beginning of September 2024 ; within the international finance team, composed of our group CFO, our VP finance and 3 international financial controllers
Tasks :
- Be the key contact person for local finances to assist them in their day-to-day activities
- Consolidate and challenge the KPIs and P&Ls of the offices you will be in charge of
- Produce dashboards and analysis to help local finances and top management track the evolution of their business
- Update processes and reports
- Help with the implementation of new finance softwares
- Ad-hoc analysis (client analysis, margins, new products...)
- Assist the technical team to ensure a good quality of financial processes and data
This list is none exhaustive and can evolve according to the need of the finance
department.
What You Bring To The Team :
- Master's degree in preparation (Business school, University, IAE ...)
- English speaker mandatory
- Precision, thoroughness, deductive and analytical skills
- Good relational and team player
- Very good knowledge of Excel and its advanced functions
- Ability to work in an international environment (30+ office in the world, many different nationalities)
