DOTSOFT is looking for International Business Development & Projects Manager.
Job Description
The candidate will participate in the company’s business actions in various international markets. In specific:
- Business Development and Technical/Project Management for International ICT Projects
- Indexing of RFP’s and market research for suitable opportunities mainly by EU and International organizations
- Proposal preparation and response writing to cover business and technical requirements
- Bid management and follow up until the final award notice
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, through the development of a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Ensure that all international projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
- Management of the preparation of Technical Documentation, Manuals and User Guides as project deliverables
- Lead the training of Customer’s IT Administrators on Management – Admin Platforms upon each project completion.
- University Degree in IT / Computer Science or Engineering
- At least five years of experience in relevant position
- Experience in bidding for EU, United Nations, World Bank and other international organisations
- Solid background in IT and very good technical writing skills
- Project management skills (a PM certification will be a strong plus)
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation and writing skills in English
- Strong analytical, planning, assessment and reporting skills
