SOFTONE is looking for an International Business Coordinator to join our high caliber international team and will report to General Manager International Business.

Your Role

The ideal candidate will ensure the effective coordination and execution of strategies to drive global growth.

Your contribution to the success of the team 

  • Help, advise and make suggestions on commercial policies and provide info on best practices
  • Guide and advise on ways to approach, present options and “how to” from the Greek department
  • Supervise and in several cases execute projects such as Partners’ Enablement Program, Employee Onboarding Program etc.
  • Manage partners and customers who are active in international markets in collaboration with the Greek sales team, and help resolve commercial or technical issues
  • Be the liaison between international departments with the respective Greek departments (sales, support, marketing, IT)
  • Partner support, particularly the ticketing that needs to be handled from Greece
  • Be responsible for the Certification program and the Academy from an operational perspective
  • Enhance and/or develop training and certifications, i.e. set them up in English and provide a syllabus for the delivery team, create the English documentation etc.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • 3+ of experience in similar position in Business Software Sector
  • Prior experience with ERP systems or as a consultant for accounting applications is a significant advantage
  • Proven experience in international business development or sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to successfully communicate with diverse and multicultural teams
  • Willingness to travel internationally when needed
