DESCRIPTION

Pontera is looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Internal Sales Associate (ISA) to join our team. As an ISA, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with large RIA’s (Registered Investment Advisors) and IBDs (Independent Broker Dealers), on behalf of Pontera. You’ll find yourself with a massive opportunity for growth, with support from management and mentors. You’ll gain invaluable sales experience in a place where your work and efforts will be instantly seen and felt.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify leads and generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting.
Conduct demo calls over Zoom with prospects.
Utilize excellent organizational skills to create an accurate and relevant follow up prospect list.
Deliver an engagement strategy consisting of value-added resources, research, data, and due diligence materials throughout the sales cycle.
Coordinate with internal departments to enhance organizational alignment and optimize efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven expertise in cultivating strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating teamwork, constructive feedback, and active participation.
Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong sense of urgency and professionalism, coupled with a persistent and proactive approach.
Demonstrated history of achieving outstanding performance and results.
