About the role


Reporting to our HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, including producing engaging job ads, pro-actively sourcing potential candidates through job boards and LinkedIn, interviewing and providing support to hiring managers, offering successful talent, right through to onboarding new employees.

The successful candidate will be the first voice perspective employees will speak to, making your role vital to building a strong employer brand and ensuring we provide a positive candidate experience.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively attract, source and select, through a variety of channels, the right people to meet business need.
  • Conduct thorough candidate qualification, ensuring alignment with specific role requirements and company culture.
  • Supporting our hiring managers to conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews.
  • Managing candidates’ and hiring managers expectations throughout the hiring process, keeping them engaged and informed.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and vacancies in our applicant tracking system.
  • Design effective selection methods, including interviews, tests, and assessments.
  • Develop proactive advertising campaigns, leveraging social media.
  • Attend careers fairs and recruitment events to help grow our brand.
  • Support Diversity and Inclusion efforts, promoting fairness throughout the recruitment process.


Our standard working hours are Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm, and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm with no evenings, no weekends, and an early finish every Friday!
