Internal Recruiter

This role will focus on delivering key hires to projects in the UK and Europe. The role will entail:

• Pre-screening candidates - Via phone and MS Teams.
• Direct sourcing of candidates.
• CV searching - Primarily LinkedIn.
• Writing engaging job adverts.
• Relationship building with internal stakeholders.
• Understanding project requirements.

Prior technical recruitment experience would be a huge benefit, the key things you need to bring to this role are:

• Demonstrable experience within a recruitment role (Agency or In-house)
• Confident communicator.
• A focus on delivering to objectives and timelines.
• Inquisitive nature - Asking questions to further yourself and the business.

• Salary - Up to £40k per year
