We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Internal Marketing and Communications Manager to join our Brand Communications Team and elevate our internal communication strategies and bolster and amplify employee engagement. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our internal culture, driving alignment with our company vision, and ensuring that our global team remains informed, motivated, and connected.
What your day could consist of:
- Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and execute an internal communication strategy that aligns with ActiveCampaign’s overall goals, fostering a cohesive and engaged workforce.
- Executive Support: Partner with our executive team to prepare and deliver impactful communications, including presentations, speeches, and internal memos.
- Event Coordination: Organize and lead internal events, such as monthly and quarterly company meetings, team-building activities, and other engagement programs, to strengthen our corporate culture.
- Feedback and Improvement: Implement internal feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment and continuously improve communication strategies.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with our People and executive leadership teams, and support our external communications strategy to ensure consistent and effective messaging across the organization.
- Brand Advocacy: Advocate for our brand values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Organizational Change Communication Management: Develop and oversee internal communication plans during crises or significant organizational changes.
What is needed:
- Minimum of 7+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for internal campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
