The Role:
Our Internal Communications Leader will be the architect, advocate and champion of our internal voice and how we communicate to our communities internally. The role will have the unique opportunity to shape our internal narrative, build bridges across teams and locations, and cultivate a more engaged and energized workforce.
We need a dynamic communicator, who has experience shaping narratives and fostering engagement within a dynamic global organizational landscape, to be a part of our journey. This role is integral to our mission of creating an environment where every team member has the information they need to achieve their best work
You will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with our business goals and cultural values.
- Craft compelling and consistent messaging across a variety of channels, including the intranet, newsletters, social media, and internal publications.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and communicate key company initiatives, announcements, and updates.
- Manage and execute impactful internal events that boost employee morale, celebrate achievements, and foster collaboration.
- Develop and implement effective measurement and analysis methods to track the effectiveness of internal communication programs.
- Stay ahead of the curve on internal communication trends and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment within the internal communications function.
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within internal communications.
- Possess a deep understanding of communication theory and best practices.
- Have experience developing and implementing successful internal communication strategies.
- Are a skilled writer and storyteller, with the ability to craft engaging and informative content.
- Have a proven track record of planning and executing impactful internal events.
- Are a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Have strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Have experience managing and motivating a team.
- Experience across diverse locations is a plus.
