About the Role
As the Employee Communications Advisor, located in our London or Manchester office, you will report directly into the Head of People Operations and play a key role in shaping and delivering the internal communications strategy of the Cards Division (Moonpig & Greetz). This is a standalone role that involves creating and managing communication plans and campaigns, developing engaging content, and ensuring consistent messaging across our internal channels. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, can generate creative ideas, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and implementing internal communication strategies to inspire, inform and engage our people Developing and managing a calendar of internal communications activities (inclusive of content for company wide meetings etc.)
  • Managing multi-channel campaigns, including stakeholder management, communications planning, content and delivery through channels such as slack, video, intranet content and company meetings
  • Organising and supporting content creation for internal company events such as company all hands, strategy days, and other key meetings
  • Ensuring consistency and clarity in all internal communications, maintaining our tone of voice and brand standards
  • Measuring the outcomes of internal communications initiatives against quantitative and qualitative targets, identifying key measures of success, and adapting in line with outcomes.

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in internal communications or a similar role
  • The ability to manage own workload, operating both independently and with key stakeholders as required
  • An excellent writer, with exceptional editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high pace environment
  • Confident communicator Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all levels of the organisation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and agile, constantly finding the best ways to balance priorities and forge ahead
  • An individual contributor who has the ability to work at both an operational as well as strategic level. Inclusive of being able to deliver on projects end to end on time
