What does this role involve:
Your task will be to support internal projects that build engagement and promote Allegro as an employer
You will take part in the creation of internal campaigns and participate in internal communication projects
You will support Allegro's management team in communicating mission, vision, strategy, business projects and changes
You will create and edit informative texts, and articles, prepare graphic materials and engaging video content
You will assume responsibility for specific communication and organizational steps of our corporate events (e.g. quarterly meetings, Q&A sessions, special events)
You will co-create the company's internal communication channels and tools, as well as participate in the development and implementation of new ones
You will become a trusted advisor to colleagues in other departments, providing communication support to various business areas

This is the right job for you if you:
Have experience (min. 3 years) in the design and implementation of diverse and unorthodox communication strategies and plans in the area of internal communications - in organizations with an international reach
Have worked in communications departments of listed companies - this will be a strong advantage
Have additional experience in the areas of HR, Employer Branding, PR, Investor Relations - this will be appreciated
Understand the importance of data for reporting and building the effectiveness of internal communication activities
Can build good relationships at different levels of the organization
Efficiently create and edit texts of a diverse nature, both in Polish and English (C1/C2 level in speech and writing)
Feel comfortable in an international environment, are not afraid of challenges, and like to take the initiative and take responsibility for projects entrusted to them
Are independent, prioritize tasks, cope well with a high volume of information, and change
Enjoy contact with other people, are communicative, and like to work in teams
