As an Internal Communication Expert, you will:
Be the mastermind behind the scenes, ensuring our fast-growing team stays informed and inspired;
Work closely with senior leaders to align our communications with company priorities and goals, turning complex information into clear and compelling stories;
Oversee operations across all channels, with a particular focus on developing the intranet platform;
Measure, adapt, repeat: monitor the effectiveness of our internal communications channels and adjust your approach to ensure continuous improvement.

This is the right job for you, if you:
Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and implementing diverse and unconventional communication strategies and plans in the area of internal communication within international organizations (experience in communication departments of publicly traded companies is a strong asset);
Have experience in areas such as HR, Employer Branding, PR, and Investor Relations;
Can communicate and write fluently in Polish, and English (minimum C1 level, both spoken and written);
Understand the importance of data in reporting and building an understanding of the effectiveness of internal communication activities;
Are skilled at building strong relationships with internal partners at various levels of the organization;
Feel comfortable in a dynamic, international work environment, are not afraid of challenges, value independence, enjoy taking initiative, and are willing to take responsibility for assigned projects;
Are independent, able to prioritize tasks, and effectively manage a high volume of information and events;
