Role summary
Internal Communication & Brand Specialist/ Professional works internally as a strategic advisor to make sure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders. He/she is a strong leader/partner in driving the organisation goals following under the Agenda of Employee engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing, People retention.
Internal Communication & Brand Specialist/ Professional leads actively and keep up to speed the company's external presence promoting the brand and the company culture on different channels like local media, strategic events, social media, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's identity.
Internal Communication & Brand Specialist/ Professional is part of the strategic Global communication team and is in charge or take part into global projects which follows the objectives and positioning of the four Global Development Centers of the company.
The Internal Communication & Brand Specialist/ Professional supports the agenda of the regional and functional divisions within Experian. Act as a strategic partner for the Malaysia GDC office and leads global projects on local level.
What you’ll be doing
Internal Communication responsibilities
• Lead/support internal projects and initiatives and make sure they are successfully communicated.
• Partner with HR and TA team to increase employee awareness, understanding and participation in programs within the company. Participate in regular meetings to align on the objectives and priorities.
• Serve as a strategic communication partner by providing counsel to senior Specialist/ Professionals in the development of appropriate messaging and engagement opportunities to employees in support of key business priorities, initiatives, and activities.
• Responsible for all internal communication channels on the site. Plan/edit the content for the internal communications channels, such as email, internal sites, newsletters, TV screens, etc.
• Organise major site related events like All Hands meeting, Town Halls, Learning Fridays, etc.

Manage communications interns.
• Participates in ad-hoc HR/TA projects and initiatives. Experian brand related duties
• Oversees and follows all the company's employment branding strategies.
• Drive all the company media presence on the local market like media events, press releases, articles. Make sure everything is approved and as per the corporate guidelines. Work in close partnership with internal PR team and the local PR agency.
• Drive and implement the digital external communication strategy of the company’s social media profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube to drive candidate attraction and employee engagement.
• Holds and maintain the brand calendar, where all the events/projects/initiatives are listed and planed for the whole year.
• Generate ideas of how to make the company more attractive and visible when attending external events. Work closely with the respective event “owners” and advice on the different brand tasks.
• Key brand guardian and advisor on production of all printed materials, including brochures, fliers, signage, slides and ads.

University Degree level in Business/HR/Economics;
Very good written and spoken English
Typically: 2-3 years of experience in Communication/Marketing field
