• Assist in creating graphics for social media, marketing materials, websites, and more
• Develop graphics, layouts, and other design elements to support various marketing and creative goals
• Work closely with the Creative Lead to brainstorm and bring creative concepts to life
• Participate in design reviews and refine your work based on constructive feedback

Basic Qualifications:

• Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Easy to work with
• Sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• A strong understanding of design principles, with a focus on usability and accessibility
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and consistent user experiences across devices
• Passion for creative design and a drive to create impactful design solutions
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory; proficiency in German is a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and a willingness to learn new technologies
• Knowledge of illustration and drawing
• Adaptability and resilience in challenging situations, with a flexible and positive problem-solving approach
