We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to join our team and help ensure the accuracy of the train running status displayed on our app. As a Train Running Status Verification Intern, you will travel across various train routes in India, cross-checking the real-time train location with the running status shown on the ixigo app. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who love traveling and have a keen interest in technology and data accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Travel across assigned train routes multiple times a month to monitor and verify the train running status, platform, coach position, station alarm feature.
Compare the train’s actual position with the real-time data provided by the ixigo app.
Record observations and document any discrepancies or issues found during the journey.
Collaborate with the technical team to report bugs and provide detailed feedback on the app's performance.
Maintain a log of all travel routes, schedules, and corresponding status reports.
Provide suggestions for improving the accuracy and reliability of train running status information
