About the assignment

This 12 months long assignment will be focused on:

  • You will support internally and externally to communicate and have alignment about IKEA requirements.  
  • You will help with translation and verifying different documents connected to both Human Right and Sustainability.
  • You will help to conduct different trainings.

About You:

  • university graduate or student (preferable within law studies connected to Human Right and Sustainability faculty)
  • well organized and patient in the details
  • systematic approach towards solving problems
  • capability to prioritize
  • able to keep good balance between overall view and details
  • good communication skills and being open for different cultures
  • passionate about networking and building relationships with people you meet both internally & externally
  • willpower person for continues development and improvements
  • fluent English and Ukrainian (written, spoken)
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • driving license cat. B is advantage
  • holding a work permit (if needed) for the Czech Republic is essential.
