About the assignment
This 12 months long assignment will be focused on:
- You will support internally and externally to communicate and have alignment about IKEA requirements.
- You will help with translation and verifying different documents connected to both Human Right and Sustainability.
- You will help to conduct different trainings.

About You:
- university graduate or student (preferable within law studies connected to Human Right and Sustainability faculty)
- well organized and patient in the details
- systematic approach towards solving problems
- capability to prioritize
- able to keep good balance between overall view and details
- good communication skills and being open for different cultures
- passionate about networking and building relationships with people you meet both internally & externally
- willpower person for continues development and improvements

fluent English and Ukrainian (written, spoken)
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
- driving license cat. B is advantage

holding a work permit (if needed) for the Czech Republic is essential.
