About the role:
We are looking for a talented Strategy & Transformation analyst (intern) to join our Strategy & Operations team. You will work within a team of former strategy consultants (Bain, Mars & Co), to closely support the CEO and executive team, in a key moment of growth & transformation for Aircall while reporting to the Strategy Manager.
Your mission @Aircall:

Drive Strategic Decisions: Support leadership in making key strategic decisions by structuring and conducting in-depth analyses and market research (e.g., geo-expansion strategies, market sizing).

Board Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing for Board of Directors meetings by performing relevant analyses and crafting impactful presentation materials.

Project Execution Tracking: Monitor the execution of key strategic projects, report progress to the VP of Strategy & Operations and the CEO, and help track Company OKRs.

Internal Communication: Build compelling presentations to communicate quarterly results and priorities to the company.

CEO Support: Provide ad hoc assistance to the CEO, such as preparing presentations for key committee
A little more about you:
- You are coming from top-tier business or engineering school
- You have a first experience in a leading strategy consulting firm; exposure to Corporate Strategy / Transformation is a plus
- You excel in data-driven problem-solving, with advanced proficiency in Excel (knowledge of Looker is a strong plus)
- You have a solid business sense and a good ability to take a step-back on your work when needed
- You are solution-oriented and able to navigate autonomously under uncertainty
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are enthusiastic, reliable and fun: people enjoy working with you and trust you
