What the job entails:
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will apply the knowledge and techniques learned in the classroom to real-world applications and you will gain professional experience that will help you transform and elevate your career trajectory.
- Participating in projects that deal with complex business problems and that combine strategy, analytics, and operations at a regional level
- Preparing documentation to implement and scale new processes and/or new systems/tools in partnership with other teams
- Daily collaboration with the Sales Operations team to identify manual and repetitive tasks that can be automated
- Flexible hours required due to the nature of global work – usually morning calls are required
- Open to interns who are able to work for at least 1 year with availability to work 6 hours a day, between 8am and 6pm (BRT) Monday to Friday (30 hours a week)
Basic Qualifications:
- Enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar courses with an analytical focus
- Fluency in English
- Excel experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduating July 2025 or later
- Experience with SQL
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- An effective interest in training and personal development
- Strong know-how in using Microsoft Excel and thinking through problems in a structured manner
- A team player who can work independently and is adaptable to change
