**This internship will be 12 months long and must sit onsite 3 days week.**
- Partner closely with the TA team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers for complex interviews
- Coordinate and support the interview process by scheduling a high volume of phone interviews and onsite interviews for teams in a timely manner
- Responsible for daily maintenance of ATS recruiting activities
- Process candidate expense reimbursements
- Arrange candidate travel
- The contact for background check and drug screening activity during the recruiting process. This includes launching and tracking preemployment check results
- Create/maintain job files and manage record retention
- Process onboarding tasks prior to the new hire start date
- Interface with the TA and leadership team to resolve any conflicts between interviews and other commitments
- Work closely with our TA Specialists and Hiring Managers to support the growth of our fast-paced organization.
- Integral partner for maintaining the data integrity of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), the daily operations of our interview scheduling, being the face of TA at Continental, and providing ideas for continuous process improvements.
- Daily interactions with internal and external candidates, hiring managers, TA Specialists, and Leadership.
- Provide a 5-star candidate experience. This will be your mantra.
- Be the hub of our talent acquisition operations and will be an invaluable partner in helping guide candidates through Continental's TA path.

Other:
- Assist in the coordination of, and participation in, other TA activities, as needed (i.e. career fair coordination/attendance, employee binding actives, assessment centers, etc.)
- Train and set-up of new Talent Acquisition staff at various locations, if needed
- Manage additional annual TA Ops projects (i.e. initiation of referral payouts, job posting/sourcing priority management, etc)
BASIC

- Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program and in the process of obtaining at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Relations, Business, or related field
- Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8
- Enrolled in school for at least 12 months and can dedicate 12 months toward this internship
- Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during normal business hours (Mon-Fri)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A roll-up-your-sleeves / happy to help wherever needed attitude, a focus on detail and organization, and a constant willingness/ability to learn
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Extreme detail orientation and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Communicates in a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

PREFERRED
- Junior/ Senior class standing or higher
- Previous recruiting or HR internship experience
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Customer Service expereince
