Assignment Description

Food Revolution Network will pilot its first-ever coaching program in 2025, with an eye toward growing it into an ongoing program. For the pilot’s first cohort, we are looking for six Plant-Based Coaching Certification graduates to serve as intern coaches for participants who are WHOLE Life Club members. This represents an outstanding opportunity to deepen your coaching skills and to get significant real-world experience and support, including mentorship from the FRN team. During the pilot, each coach will:

  • Complete a self-guided orientation the week of January 13, 2025, using materials and instructions provided by FRN;
  • Attend a live welcome and orientation call for coaches, to be scheduled for the week of January 20, 2025;
  • Attend a live welcome and orientation call for participants the week of January 27, 2025;
  • Work with an assigned group of 6 participants throughout the 12-week coaching cycle, beginning the week of 2/3/25 and ending the week of 4/21/25;
  • Deliver one group coaching session per week;
  • Deliver one 1:1 coaching session per month per assigned participant;
  • Meet weekly as a group with FRN’s Coach Supervisor for guidance and support;
  • Complete mid-term and final feedback surveys to help inform the future of the program.

Requirements

  • PBCC certification
  • Consistent participation in PBCC Practice Pods
  • Positive feedback from the PBCC team
  • Demonstrated interest in both group and 1:1 coaching
  • A professional track record that indicates commitment and follow-through
  • Previous (pre-PBCC) experience with WFPB eating preferred
  • Comfortable communicating with others in FRN’s Member Center (the same platform used for PBCC)
  • Comfortable working with a team via Slack
  • Comfortable working with others via Zoom video conferencing
  • Proficiency with G Suite products, specifically Docs and Sheets

Work Location

FRN is a fully remote company with personnel working in multiple North American time zones. This position may be performed from anywhere, but we strongly prefer North America-compatible time zones.

Compensation

This is an unpaid intern position.
