About the Role

As an Intern-Operations, you will support the Go To Market team and responsible for the most critical Go-To-Market sales initiatives; and our Sales, Analytics, Planning, and Intelligence team will be a centralized unit that supports all performance reporting for sales.


A Day in the Life

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Tier 1 and Tier 2 Colleges preferred)
  • Good Proficiency in the English Language (Written + Verbal)
  • Must have hands-on experience on working on tools such as MS office (excel, powerpoint , word)
  • Must have familiarity with google suite (sheet, docs & slides)
  • Basic Understanding of Sales (Process, cycle, methods, etc..)
  • Strong interpersonal skills  & self-starter attitude
  • Learner’s Curiosity with attention to detail


What You Need

  • Work with the conference team to get the Pre conference data
  • Clean, normalize and upload the Data on SFDC
  • Create Dashboard Architectures for all upcoming conferences with appropriate filters
  • Independently handle the Pre Conference process
    ⦁    Liaise with the DB team to get the attendee list
    ⦁    Upload the attendee list on SFDC
    ⦁    Email and send Notification to the DG / Events team and relevant Stakeholders to start marking meetings on SFDC (List View + Dashboard)
    ⦁    Ensure all meetings planned by DG & Events are available at Contact level and relevant fields such are correctly tagged : Ensure Data parity
    ⦁    Send regular reminders to DG / Events team if no meetings are available on the dashboard
  • Liaise with Conference team to get the Post Conference Team
    ⦁    Normalize , Clean and Upload the Data on SFDC
    ⦁    Send Chatter Notifications for no follow up
  • Dashboard Reconciliation
  • Maintain Hygiene on Conference Data
