Key Responsibilities
Data Sourcing & Scraping:
Identify potential customers on various online marketplaces, business directories, and portals (e.g., LinkedIn, industry websites, product platforms).
Use tools or scripts to scrape relevant data such as company names, contact details, and business info.
Data Enrichment:
Enhance raw data by appending key contact details like phone numbers, email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, company size, industry type, and geography.
Leverage platforms like ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, or similar tools for enrichment.
ICP Prospecting & Lead Acquisition:
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Build segmented prospect lists for outbound and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
Email Marketing & Outreach:
Assist in planning and executing cold email campaigns for lead generation.
Write compelling email copy, follow-ups, and subject lines tailored for different ICPs.
Track email open rates, CTRs, and conversions to identify high-intent leads.
Lead Qualification & Management:
Help categorize leads into MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
Maintain and update CRM (we use HubSpot) with lead statuses and notes.
Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads efficiently.
