Working with multiple Business Teams, collecting, and analyzing performance data related to supply activities, proactively detect possible deviations from goal and raise alert towards business team to take actions.
Register and secure correct information in all relevant systems, to ensure optimal supply chain set up and deliver important information to key stakeholders.
Update price and create contract in system to ensure smooth business set up between component suppliers and IKEA Home Furnishing suppliers.
Actively contribute to the product phase out process, collect stock information from suppliers, communicate with internal key stakeholders to finalize last buy plan and make sure last buy delivery executed before deadline.
3-4days a week for 6 months as longer as possible
good written English and workable oral English
no background limitation but interested in supply chain
