EquipmentShare is Hiring an IT Support Intern.
EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the IT Support Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Mo for the 2025 summer.
Pay Range: $18-$20/hour
Responsibilities
- Assist users with basic connectivity issues with devices, monitors, printers, etc.
- Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities
- Travel to and provide support for local Corporate locations
- Collaborate with coworkers and other departments to research problems and find solutions
- Assist Implementation team as needed with onboarding new employees
- Set up devices for upcoming projects by installing needed software
- Interact with infrastructure, networking and logistics teams as needed for projects and troubleshooting
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

What You're Working With:
- Basic knowledge of both Mac and Windows, mobile devices and other tech products
- Detail oriented with ability to keep detailed notes
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Good problem solving, analytical, and team working skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer oriented, empathetic and cool tempered
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and follow through
