Your role as an Intern - HR Operations will be far from one-dimensional. You'll be involved in streamlining Employee Engagement programmes, organising training and development sessions, administering employee benefits and leaves, and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
What will you do as an Intern - HR Operations :
Contribute in improvement of HR processes or policies
Actively drive employee engagement programmes
Manage the pre onboarding formalities and ensure the employees are set up appropriately for Day 1
Assist in proactively and thoughtfully address workplace and employee operations issues on an individual and systematic basis
Maintain compliance and HR MIS trackers
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation on Keka and resolve any issues that may arise.
Managing the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policies and ensuring compliance, promoting a safe and respectful work environment.
Manage employee files and documentation
What are we looking for :
Fresh graduates with excellent communication and people skills
Interest in organizing corporate events or any employee engagement programmes would be a plus
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Proficiency in MS office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
Passionate about working in a fast-paced and fluid environment
A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed
A quick learner and full of curiosity
