Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Growth Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in conceptualizing, designing, and managing paid advertising campaigns to increase sales pipeline through active contributions to our demand generation strategy. In this role, you will learn how to strategically package value propositions for a complex, multi-faceted enterprise SaaS product and articulate a resonating story. In this role, you will be collaborating and working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Design, Operations, and IT organizations.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Launch and optimize digital marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and more to target various personas in different industries and drive sales pipeline

  • Drive the creation of engaging and tailored marketing content and collateral

  • Effectively manage projects, accurately test business hypotheses and artfully communicate complex ideas

  • Delve into performance metrics to gain insights, understand ROI, and offer recommendations for future campaigns

  • Skillfully allocate and oversee the marketing budget to maximize cost efficiency

  • Monitor and build processes to improve ad operations and drive data integrity

  • Research, design, and implement business processes and underlying data flows to manage data gaps

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, or relevant B2B experience in previous internships

  • Able to commit for at least 6 months.

  • Must be data-driven, have a natural knack for technology, and be able to demonstrate technical ability 

  • Experience in digital marketing platforms/tools including, but not limited to, Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Meta Ads, Demandbase, and SEO/SEM tools

  • Basic understanding of consumer behavior

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

  • Fast mover and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Keen eye for design and attention to detail to support ad creative projects

  • Strong analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills are required to present actionable insights to business leaders.

  • Thoughtful team player, a keen learner, and have a “can do” attitude with a growth mindset.
