Role Mission:
LOCATION: This is a remote position based in Texas with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth)
What You’ll Do
Essential Duties:
- Create and maintain databases or spreadsheets for easy access to performance metrics.
- Draft and send out weekly emails to the Emerging Campus team, summarizing important updates and action items.
- Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed of any developments.
- Conduct research on effective ACT curriculum options for the upcoming year.

Gather data from relevant sources to support curriculum proposals.
- Assist in creating a comprehensive proposal based on research findings.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily banking duties carried out by IDEA’s accounting team, such as the sending of wires and ACH transactions, as well as oversee each day’s balances for all banking accounts.
- Assist the Director of Treasury and Managing Director of Treasury in closing debt financing deals, including financial due diligence processes for both interim debt and capital markets financing.
- Provide support on Real Estate matters to Director of Treasury through the process of getting sites under contract, including negotiating Letters of Inquiry (LOIs), term sheets, Purchase and Sales Agreements (PSAs) and other related inter-party agreements.
- Provide support on Real Estate matters to Director of Treasury through the process of property divestures in partnership with commercial realtors and construction project managers.

Salary for this role is set at $10/hour.
