We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:

• Establish strong working relationships with the team to understand and identify their needs for support.
• Assist Investment Sales Advisors and Analysts in the preparation of valuations, offering memorandums, and other marketing materials for review.
• Conduct market research to support Analysts, including analysis of market rents, expenses, comparable sales, and broader market trends.
• Prepare financial analysis and projections for acquisition and disposition opportunities to help senior team members evaluate the financial feasibility and viability of each project.
• Support the team in creating client presentations, pitch materials, and other deliverables to enhance business development efforts.
• Help manage the daily workload and tasks of the team efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are addressed.
• Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and other tools to track deals, prospects, and market data.
• Shadow team members during client meetings, property tours, and other engagements to gain exposure to the investment sales process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Debt & Structured Finance, Research, and Marketing, to support integrated client solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Be pursuing a bachelor’s (rising junior or senior) or master’s degree.
• Have a strong desire to learn and advance in the Commercial Real Estate sector.
• Demonstrate initiative and drive to search for ways to contribute and grow.
• Possess basic technology skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exhibit strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Show a willingness to take on challenges and adapt to new responsibilities.
