EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Accounting team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the summer of 2025.

Pay Range: $18-20/hr

Responsibilities

We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects.

• Collaborate with accounting managers to assess training needs for accounting associates. 

• Develop and design training programs and materials specific to accounting processes, software, and best practices.
• Create instructional materials, including presentations, guides, handouts, and e-learning modules.
• Ensure that training content is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with accounting standards and regulations.

What You're Working With:

• Must be actively working toward a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Education or related field
• Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience in training, instructional design, or curriculum development.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and LMS (Learning Management System) platforms is a plus.
