EquipmentShare is Hiring a Intern: Accounting Learning & Development
EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Accounting team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the summer of 2025.
Pay Range: $18-20/hr
Responsibilities
We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects.
- Collaborate with accounting managers to assess training needs for accounting associates.
- Develop and design training programs and materials specific to accounting processes, software, and best practices.
- Create instructional materials, including presentations, guides, handouts, and e-learning modules.
- Ensure that training content is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with accounting standards and regulations.

What You're Working With:
- Must be actively working toward a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Education or related field
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in training, instructional design, or curriculum development.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and LMS (Learning Management System) platforms is a plus.
