We are seeking a skilled and proactive Junior IT Operations Administrator to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure across multiple locations. This individual will ensure seamless IT operations, support our globally remote staff, and set and enforce IT security policies. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of technical skills and have experience managing both Mac and Windows environments.
In addition to maintaining our current IT systems, the Junior IT Operations Administrator will play a key role in the future growth of our IT department. As our company grows, this individual will be responsible for expanding the IT team, mentoring new team members, and evolving our IT strategies to meet the needs of a dynamic, globally distributed workforce.
