About the job

We are looking for a Vue Developer who is as passionate about creating a better world of work as we are. With your expertise, you will be pivotal to bettering employee engagement and talent retention within our global client roster as we continue to build out and refine our product.

We are interested in talking to people who:

• Have 3-5 years experienced with development using Vue/Nuxt or other modern component based frontend frameworks (React/Svelte)
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Are Interested in driving technical projects from inception to delivery
• Are obsessive about testing and quality of work
• Proud to write testable, modular, maintainable, simple, and well-documented code
• Are highly proficient in CSS
• Able to create features based on requirements and designs
• Understand modern web standards and best practices
• Have strong JavaScript/Typescript skills
• Are able to work collaboratively and independently
• Are comfortable with agile development
• Are interested in working at a high growth startup
• Understand the nuances and challenges related to scale
• Are able to bring past experiences and expertise to improve our process and architecture

What Sets You Apart:

• Deployed full-stack production applications to the cloud
• Worked with Headless components and TailwindCSS
• You spend time coding hobby projects 
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and others such as Node and Go
• A track record of great teamwork and the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
