We invite a skilled, autonomous, and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team and dive into the dynamic world of the Point-of-Sale (POS) domain. In this role, you’ll work with one of the top companies in the POS industry. Our client holds a prominent position within Global Payments Inc. and partners with leading QSR chains like Burger King and Wendy's.

✅ Is that you?

• 2+ years of recent DevOps/SysAdmin experience
• Practical experience with databases (SQL, MongoDB)
• Hands-on experience with containerization and infrastructure management tools (Kubernetes, ECS, Terraform, Docker)
• Experience with AWS or GCP and CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
• Experience with Git
• Experience in technical support and 24/7 on-call rotations
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Self-organization, proactivity, stress resilience, and a strong motivation to learn and grow independently

Desirable:

• Scripting experience (Bash, Python)
• Information security expertise (vulnerabilities, intrusion prevention, data protection)
• Disaster recovery and failover implementation experience

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll use your DevOps expertise to help maintain the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems while also supporting infrastructure growth and implementing process improvements.

• Ensure smooth operational support for engineering teams across all business units
• Perform regular infrastructure maintenance to ensure smooth operations
• Support and enhance release and deployment processes for efficient delivery
• Upgrade and modernize infrastructure for current projects to improve performance and reliability
• Participate in 1-week on-call rotations to provide 24/7 production support
• Implement ongoing security improvements, ensuring compliance with best practices
• Automate existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Build infrastructure components for new projects
