Interim FF Manager

Interim manager to support the Head of FF:

Ensures on time, qualitative and quantitative production and delivery of products to the customer at the right cost, including responsibility for New Product Launch activities as well as serial production. Improvement activities
Plans and ensure relocation and SOP of valve block machining and related ramp-up in Las Colinas (installation of new equipment, SOP for new products, ensures relocation of equipment and products incl customer release); 

• Ensures the production and testing of customer specific products on time, with the right quality and cost
• Planning and controlling of costs vs budget;
• Planning and controlling of resources (equipment, people, material)
• Leading change managment (organization, processes);
• Responsible for productivity/process efficiency and continuous improvement within FF parameter (Lean)
• Ensure that Line Information Boards (LIB) tracked and deviation management is happening.?
• Contribution to definition and implementation of BU Operations strategy• Ensures the quality of processes and products in order to fulfill internal and customer targets.
• Quality Cost Reduction, without jeopardizing final customer requirements
• Supports Internal and external Audits
• Implementation & monitoring of corrective actions in case of non-conformity• Supports and drives the implementation of the company and the plant standards (e.g. ESD guideline, technical cleanliness, 5S, JIDOKA, )• Execute FF Manager routines (incl LPA, Gemba walk, FF Team meetings)
• Execute LSW Routines and discusses with the Plant Manager upon problems and/or deviations in routine fulfilment
• Identify systematic failures and initiate Problem Solving measures
• Ensure the proper execution of Problem Solving• Define the targets for internal production KPI (PPM, Scrap Rate, OEEm ,Rejection Rate, FPY, etc)  and ensure the proper breakdown to each area
• Coordination, support and coaching of the levels below in order to achieve the targets for internal production KPI(PPM, Scrap Rate, OEEm ,Rejection Rate, FPY, etc)
• Participates and generates cross functional meetings in case deviations on KPIs.
• Trigger the support function or apply the escalation plan when ever needed to reach the targets
• Ensure that follow-up measures are defined and executed• Define the targets for internal production KPI (PPM, Scrap Rate, OEEm ,Rejection Rate, FPY, etc)  and ensure the proper breakdown to each area
• Coordination, support and coaching of the levels below in order to achieve the targets for internal production KPI(PPM, Scrap Rate, OEEm ,Rejection Rate, FPY, etc)
• Participates and generates cross functional meetings in case deviations on KPIs.
• Trigger the support function or apply the escalation plan when ever needed to reach the targets
• Ensure that follow-up measures are defined and executed• Drives continuous improvements on a daily basis
• Drive lean activity and CBS project implementation in the area• Ensure that the ESH rules are followed and measures are correctly executed• Ensures maintentance system is working according to standard:
• Ensure maintenance KPIs optimized (e.g. MBF)• Build, develop/ coach and retain a diverse team
• Ensure a continous knowledge and competency management as well as human resources development; teaches and coaches the team to further develop the organization
• Develop successors and define development plans of the employees & steer the implementation       ▪ equipment installation & ramp-up planning
▪ ensure assembly equipment transfer from Culpeper (US) to plan (equipment transfer, installation, ramp-up)
▪ ensure customer release for individual SOPs (PV, APQP, customer audts)
▪ hiring, onboarding and qualification of employees for electronic manufacturing
