Intelligence Analyst (International Operations)

Prevail Partners delivers high quality security, intelligence, research and consultancy services to clients ranging from governments and multinational corporations to non-governmental organisations. These services are delivered predominantly across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  

The Intelligence Analyst will support intelligence and investigative work, with a primary focus on the MENA and LATAM regions. Working under the Head of Intelligence and directly with a key client, this London-based role includes opportunities for rotational overseas deployment. You will use advanced open-source intelligence (OSINT) and media analysis tools to deliver top-tier insights for our clients.

Salary

We have salary bands linked to all our roles, depending on experience this role will pay from £30,000 to £55,000 per annum, with an overseas bonus when deployed.  

Requirements

Essential Criteria 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in intelligence collection or analysis, with a strong preference for OSINT expertise. 
  • Background in Military Intelligence, Law Enforcement, or UK Government intelligence with formal training in intelligence analysis.
  • Proficiency in evaluating and fusing intelligence from multiple sources. 
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience with data and OSINT platforms.
  • Solid understanding of current affairs and national security. 
  • Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Advanced IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite. 
  • Availability to start within 3 months. 

 

Preferred (but not essential) 

  • Based in the UK but able to deploy for short periods of time (1-4 weeks) to the Middle East or Latin America. 

 

Prospective candidates should demonstrate the ability to: 

  • Collect, evaluate, and interpret intelligence from varied sources to produce actionable insights. 
  • Act as a liaison, engaging confidently with senior client representatives.
  • Provide live reporting and updates to inform client operational decisions. 
  • Produce detailed reports and presentations, including illustrative graphics and clear data visualisations.
  • Demonstrate resilience, initiative, and a strong work ethic under tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments. 
  • Use link analysis and data management tools to enhance intelligence assessments.
  • Maintain robust information management practices. 

 

Skills & Competencies: 

  • Proficient in Excel, data visualisation tools, and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong analytical and data integration skills. 
  • Adaptable and collaborative, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
