Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Global BD Manager to expand our ecosystem and drive growth. This role involves developing and executing business strategies, engaging new partners, and representing Intella X at Web3 events. The ideal candidate will have blockchain industry experience, fluency in English and Korean, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Role & Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Formulate and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth.

Identify and Manage Partners: Identify, qualify, and engage potential partners and developers through targeted outreach, manage onboarding, and maintain ongoing relationships.

Lead Sales Processes: Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, including contract negotiations.

Network at Industry Events: Represent Intella X at Web3 events and conferences to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Business Development Tasks: Undertake various tasks to support business development efforts and handle local office-related responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the blockchain, consulting, or financial industries.
- Strong understanding of the blockchain and Web3 gaming market.
- Based in Singapore with no issues regarding local employment.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Fluent in English and Korean (native-level proficiency).
- Outgoing personality suited for external sales activities.
- Proactive and results-driven with strong networking skills.
- Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing connections within the Web3 gaming industry, with the ability to immediately connect potential game developers to the Intella X platform.
- Proven experience in business development and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Business-level proficiency in Chinese.
