Integrators Partnership Manager

Your main responsibilities

  • This role is crucial for driving growth and fostering strong commercial relationships with integrators across various markets (e.g. Baselinker, Sellintegro).
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically analyzing the integrator landscape on Allegro PL, CZ, SK, and other emerging markets.
  • Identifying growth opportunities for Allegro and our merchants within the cooperation scope with integrators (such as areas with lower adoption).
  • Managing commercial relationships with senior leaders from integrators organizations.
  • Developing business development plans with key integrators to identify growth opportunities and establish commercial SLAs (e.g. on merchant onboarding).
  • Leading the execution of business development plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborating with the “API Business Program Manager - Merchant Experience” on technical developments necessary for API partners and working alongside the International Sellers Partnerships Manager to formulate commercial plans for markets beyond PL, CZ, and SK.
  • Assuming the business owner role for all selection listing related products, including managing API (and its Certification program), Flat Files, Assortment Management, and Self-service for brands. 

This is the right job for you, if you have:

  • Proven experience (5 years +) in business development, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sectors (experience in working with large Tech teams needed).
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding the role and landscape of e-comm integrators across CEE.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and driving them to successful completion.
  • Exceptional Business writing skills
  • Willingness to travel across our markets (PL, CZ, SK).
