At NMI, we are actively seeking an enthusiastic Integration Support Analyst to provide exceptional support to our clients as they navigate the integration of NMI's comprehensive software solutions. This position is a perfect match for individuals passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and who have a solid foundation in programming languages such as C#, C++, Java/Kotlin, or Objective-C/Swift. It offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates keen to pursue a career in software development.
Joining our Integration Support team, you will serve as a primary resource for our clients, especially their developers, offering guidance and support through the integration process. You will acquire a deep understanding of the payments industry's intricacies, knowledge that will be instrumental in troubleshooting and resolving any payment-related issues our clients face. With a portfolio that includes point of sale (POS), mobile POS (mPOS), and e-commerce solutions, NMI delivers critical software development kits (SDKs) that ensure smooth integration with major banks, acquirers, and payment processors.
Attendance within the Cape Town office for UK working hours is required for this role with a possibility to move to a hybrid/remote working pattern, performance pending.
