Integration Project Manager - German or Dutch Speaker

​​​​​​As a member of the Operations team, the Technical Integration Project Manager plays a key role in developing and maintaining reliable and agile interfaces with carriers and customers. The integration team is strategic at Shippeo, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and business teams on a daily basis.

The integrations focus on managing both incoming and outgoing data flows, including:

  • Transport orders
  • Incidents and milestones related to transport orders
  • GPS location data

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating multiple integration projects with carriers, partners, and customers globally, particularly focusing on their ERP or TMS solutions in collaboration with their IT departments.
  • Designing technical interfaces to connect carriers, partners, and customers, and overseeing their implementation with the support of a development team.
  • Proposing and refining processes to enhance the quality, speed, and automation of technical interfaces.
  • Developing, writing, and maintaining technical documentation and support materials for internal teams.
  • Providing technical support in case of incidents.
  • Monitoring production integrations using KPIs and dashboards.
  • Acting as a technical expert to ensure the success of our customers.
  • Engineering degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English and German or English and Dutch; proficiency in any additional European language is a plus.
  • Strong interest in IT systems, with development experience being highly valued.
  • Solid understanding of data integration tools and technologies, such as ETL processes and API integration.
  • Proven ability to take decisive actions, build consensus, and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Dynamic, optimistic, self-motivated, and quick to respond.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to synthesize information effectively.
