About the Role:
Join our Operations team as an Integration Project Manager and play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining seamless interfaces with carriers and customers. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams to manage data flows, including transport orders, incidents, and GPS data.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Manage integration projects with carriers and customers globally, focusing on ERP/TMS solutions.
Interface Design: Create and oversee technical interfaces, ensuring smooth implementation.
Process Improvement: Propose and refine processes to enhance interface quality, speed, and automation.
Documentation & Support: Develop technical documentation, provide support, and monitor integrations with KPIs.
Experience: Engineering degree with 2+ years in a relevant role.
Languages: Fluent in English and German or Dutch; other European languages are a plus.
Skills: Strong IT systems interest, experience in development, and knowledge of data integration tools (ETL, API).
Traits: Decisive, collaborative, dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented.
