What you’ll do: Each day will bring new challenges but the Integration Engineer’s daily activities is the implementation of the Jitterbit solution for customers Creating a highly satisfactory client experience. You will be challenged doing so within clients of differing skills and organizational maturity and a diverse set of end-points and platforms. You will need to connect endpoints, understand the mapping between them and any required transformation of data and scripting with the Jitterbit scripting language. The customer devises the mapping, the Jitterbit platform is where the true mapping takes place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating a highly satisfactory client experience delivering a successful project implementation.
- Developing and managing project plans and project artifacts according to Jitterbit’s Project Management methodology.
- Coordinating project meetings and sets expectations across project stakeholders as well as identifying and mitigating risks.
- Escalating identified issues to the appropriate stakeholders and manage issues to resolution
- Actively and regularly communicates project status inclusive of project percentage completed and burn rate.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline plus 2 years of related professional experience
- 2+ years of client-facing technical solution delivery and implementation experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with one or more Enterprise Integration platforms: e.g. Jitterbit, Informatica, Cast Iron/IBM, TIBCO, Mulesoft, Talend, Dell Boomi, Snaplogic preferred
- Experience with common relational database technologies: SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQLServer, etc.
- Familiarity with one or more leading SaaS solution: Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Workday, etc.
- Familiarity with common web connectivity and integration standards/protocols such as XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, ODBC/JDBC, etc.
- English C1/C2 proficiency- verbal and written
