What you’ll do: Each day will bring new challenges but the Integration Architect’s daily activities will be working with clients and the Jitterbit implementation team defining and delivering architecture strategies and guiding the implementation of integration solutions to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master the Jitterbit Harmony platform
- Author solution designs and implementation recommendations delivered to a variety of business and technical audiences, including experienced client managers and IT architects
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and lead the solution design process jointly with customers and Jitterbit Implementation team.
- Prepares technical documentation and presents proposals to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborates with development teams to ensure consistency and quality of proposed solutions
- Identify opportunities to create additional client value and expand Jitterbit’s footprint
- Mentor and train new team members
- Provide feedback to Engineering and Product Management on Jitterbit products
- Contribute to a highly satisfactory client experience
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline plus 5 years of related professional experience
- 5+ years of client-facing technical solution delivery and implementation experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with one or more Enterprise Integration platforms: e.g. Jitterbit, Informatica, Cast Iron/IBM, TIBCO, Mulesoft, Talend, Dell Boomi, Snaplogic preferred
- Experience with common relational database technologies: SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQLServer, etc.
- Familiarity with one or more leading SaaS solution: Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Workday, etc.
- Familiarity with common web connectivity and integration standards/protocols such as XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, ODBC/JDBC, etc.
- English C1/C2 proficiency - verbal and written
