Integration Architect (d/f/m)

  • Facilitate the technical enablement, implementation, and integration of Smart Reporting products
  • Conduct interface discovery sessions with our customers and partners, assess requirements for the integration implementation and document findings
  • Design detailed interface specifications and formulate test plans
  • Lead technical discussions in remote or on-site meetings with customers and partners
  • Build interfaces according to standards and client specifications, using scripts for example
  • Implement and rigorously test solutions at client sites, resolving issues as needed
  • Document all interfaces built, ensuring compliance with internal audit criteria
  • Perform tasks related to interfaces, such as system additions, changes, and upgrades

Requirements

Functional Requirements

  • University degree, ideally with an IT focus or equivalent education or work experience
  • Profound knowledge and experience within the radiology/imaging specialty, i.e. solutions in the healthcare IT landscape (RIS, PACS, KIS, HIS, EHR, ...) and their interfaces as well as technical and functional interactions
  • Experience in capturing, documenting and understanding customer’s workflows
  • Deep understanding of interfaces and communication protocols in the healthcare IT landscape (proprietary ones and standards like HL7, FHIR, FHIRcast, DICOM SR)
  • Extensive experience in the implementation for HL7 interface-related applications and processes
  • Demonstrated proficiency in programming and comprehensive knowledge of the HL7 protocol
  • Broad understanding of programming languages and environments (Windows (WinSDK), C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Desktop Development, Web Development, Rest, ...)
  • Hands-on experience with TCP/IP and socket communications, as well as demonstrated proficiency in MS SQL and MySQL database management and configuration
  • Understanding of authentication and user management workflows
  • Excellent Business fluency English (Level C1), German is considered a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of your time to customer sites
