Integration Analyst - Manila

We are looking for an Integration Analyst to join our team in our Manila, Philippines location. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integrations between various systems, with an emphasis on the Atlassian suite, ensuring seamless communication and data flow across platforms. This role requires an understanding of Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and others, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 
This position will work the mid shift to collaborate with U.S. leaders, counterparts and team members. (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Philippines Time with some flexibility an hour or two either way).
 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integration projects.
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using various tools and platforms, such as APIs, ETL processes, and middleware.
  • Assess existing systems and identify areas for improvement in integration efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct system analysis to identify integration points and potential challenges.
  • Work with stakeholders to define integration requirements and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain data mapping and transformation rules between different systems.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data exchange between systems through proper mapping and transformation techniques.
  • Create and execute test plans to validate integration solutions.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to system integration.
  • Document integration processes, designs, and configurations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the status of integration projects.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that integration solutions meet business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain complex integration concepts.
  • Provide support and training to end-users and other IT team members on integration solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize integration performance, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure system security, compliance, and optimal performance.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful integration outcomes.
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with integrations of enterprise systems.
  • Proven experience as an Integration Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role (focus on Atlassian products (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools.
  • Experience with API integration, scripting (e.g., Python, Groovy), and data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Must be able to work at least 2 days a week at our BGC Office in Taguig.
