We are on the lookout for a dynamic Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This role will be crucial in establishing a robust outbound marketing strategy aimed at expanding our enterprise customer base and driving revenue growth.

Why This Role is Important:
To strengthen our market presence and enhance customer acquisition, we seek a specialized Integrated Marketing Manager focused on outbound marketing for our enterprise segment. This role will be instrumental in developing effective marketing strategies and executing impactful campaigns.

Team Structure:
You will be part of a cohesive team comprising three primary functions: Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Growth/Performance Marketing. This position sits within the Growth Marketing engine, offering the opportunity to lead and shape our growth initiatives.

Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Formulate and refine integrated marketing strategies for the enterprise segment.
  • Campaign Execution: Design and implement multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Conduct in-depth market research, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and reporting on financials.
  • Hands-On Implementation: Engage in the practical aspects of campaign management, from execution to analysis.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Create and manage integrated marketing strategies tailored for the enterprise sector.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, including the commercial and product teams, to align marketing goals.
  • Implement AB testing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop detailed personas and define target verticals for marketing efforts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Brand metrics and engagement reach
  • Content consumption rates
  • Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) quality and conversion rates
  • Revenue and pipeline contribution
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROS)

Success Metrics in First 90 & 120 Days:

  • Finalize the enterprise marketing strategy for 2025, including budget, targets, and metrics.
  • Achieve a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings.
  • Establish streamlined processes for campaign management and execution.

Challenges and Solutions:
The ideal candidate will face challenges such as operating with a lean team and building marketing initiatives from the ground up. Successful candidates will exhibit initiative, resourcefulness, and creativity to maximize ROI on limited budgets while developing a structured marketing approach.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in marketing, with at least 4 years in integrated campaign management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot), CRM systems, and digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong background in B2B SaaS and familiarity with startup/scale-up environments.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
  • Leadership potential for long-term growth within the function.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.

Preferred Background:
Candidates should have experience working on campaigns outside the MENA region, ideally within multinational setups. Regional and global marketing experience is advantageous, particularly in the B2B SaaS sector.

  1. Proficiency in Arabic and English.
